Web analytics & cookies

We use Plausible Analytics for cookieless analytics to understand how people find and use AppHaven.

We use cookies to remember promotional offers and your cookie preferences. Offer cookies normally last up to 30 days, and cookie preferences are saved for six months. You can change your preferences using Cookie settings in the footer.

The only other information our servers and infrastructure providers process about your visit is what they need to deliver the page to you (such as your IP address in transit), kept briefly for technical and security reasons.

Email addresses

We only collect your email address when you provide it to us, for example when you create an account or contact us by email.

If you provide your email, we use it only for the purpose for which you gave it. An account email is used to sign you in and to contact you about your account and your apps. A support email is used to answer your message. We don't move addresses across purposes, we don't add you to a marketing list, and we don't sell or rent your email to anyone.

Service providers

We use service providers for our website and accounts. Our customer DPA separately covers subprocessors handling customer application data. Providers acting as our processors process data only on our instructions and only for the purpose you gave it to us. We have data-processing agreements in place with each of them to enforce this. We don't pass your data to any third party outside of that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@apphaven.eu and a real person will get back to you.
