This page describes how AppHaven handles personal data on this website. The short version: we don't track you, we don't profile you, and we don't share what you give us beyond what's strictly needed to do the thing you asked us to do.

Web analytics & cookies

We use Plausible for website analytics. It's cookieless by design and counts visits in aggregate without storing personal data, IP addresses, or cross-site identifiers. We don't run advertising or other tracking scripts, and we don't set cookies for marketing or measurement.

The only other information our servers and infrastructure providers process about your visit is what they need to deliver the page to you (such as your IP address in transit), kept briefly for technical and security reasons.

Email addresses

We only collect your email address when you provide it to us, for example when you sign up for the beta or contact us by email.

If you provide your email, we use it only for the purpose for which you gave it. A beta-signup email is used to contact you about the beta. A support email is used to answer your message. We don't move addresses across purposes, we don't add you to a marketing list, and we don't sell or rent your email to anyone.

Sub-processors

We may use sub-processors. These providers process data only on our instructions and only for the purpose you gave it to us. We have data-processing agreements in place with each of them to enforce this. We don't pass your data to any third party outside of that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@apphaven.eu and a real person will get back to you.
